DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR ANYTHING ON THIS PAGE.
Go look it up for yourself.
Since the purpose of Law is to protect Life, Liberty, and Property, any Law that violates Life, Liberty, or Property nullifies its raison d'être. Such law that nullifies its reason for existing nullifies itself. Such a Law is thus Null and Void Ab Initio. In other words; stillborn.
Since the purpose of government is to protect Life, Liberty, and Property, any government action in the United States or the united States that violates Life, Liberty, or Property nullifies the government action's raison d'être. Such an action that nullifies its reason for existing nullifies its own authority, and quite possibly the very authority of the government itself.
Please note the rest of the quote you have already observed on some previous pages.
