(a) Supplying of identifying numbers
When required by
regulations prescribed by the Secretary:
(2) Furnishing number to your boss
When a return,
statement, or other document is
required
with respect to you
under the authority of this title to
be made by your
boss or your
identifying
number is required to be shown
on a return of your
boss you
shall furnish to your boss your identifying
number
as may be prescribed
for securing your
proper identification.
