Mr. C, The fact that you are sharing this type of link tells me that you are one foot in the 'good guy' pool. Your job as a Deputy Sheriff doesn't say the same to me.
As a Deputy, as a 'government actor', you never had valid authority.
Many get their minds all in a twist at this idea...
I can prove no valid authority, starting with the Preamble to the U.S. CONstitution. That is not a typo. Read Spooner's "NO TREASON".
Actually, I start with the authority any deputy is alleged to have and work my way up the chain of authority to the preamble.
You are ex-military, as am I. A chain of command is a chain of authority. Have I piqued your curiosity?
