The sentence was not a threat to anyone.

Fecalbook's censorship is a threat to everyone. Fecalbook's censorship violates its claimed service contract.

If you could get cell phone service from a cell phone service provider for free, would you sign up?

Why would a company provide such service for free?

The company has to pay its costs of providing that service. There's the radio equipment to purchase, the internet connections to the communication computers, and the electric to run the equipment.

So where does the service provider get the money for all those expenses? Sell advertising commercials that you listen to before you can have your conversation? Feasible.

Just listen to a one or two minute commercial before the service provider makes the connection. That would be the expected contract. You pay for your service by listening to a short commercial. The service provider contracts with you to provide a service of communication connectivity.

But while you are making phone calls to others in the community, we have robot AI that will listen to your phone conversation, and disconnect you for saying things we don't want you to say.

What we don't want you to say, we explain in our "community standards". Standards that we will inaccurately monitor your communications for and block you with only a general explanations, like, "You violated community standards." You will not be able to communicate directly with a reasoning human if you contest our accusations.

Does this sound like a certain unnamed service provider that provides a service of communication connectivity?

Let's see what service they are providing according to their "Use our service" ads.

We help people connect by blocking your ability to connect due to "community standards"

Guess what you dumb fuck, If I can't connect, I don't need to see or hear your advertisements.
