Dale Eastman do do prefer totalitarianism?

Dale Eastman rights are not "delegated". You can't give something you don't have.
Quote from: 4 0049
Dale Eastman what are you trying to say?
Quote from: 4 0940
Dale Eastman do do prefer totalitarianism?

No Mr. Cantin, I do not.

Beyond that, I'm convinced you and I do not share the same concept of what "totalitarianism" is.

Dale Eastman rights are not "delegated". You can't give something you don't have.

Thank you for answering my question: Can you delegate any right that you, yourself, do not have?

So if ALL the humans on the planet do not have a 𝓇𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓇𝓊𝓁𝑒, then NONE of them can delegate a 𝓇𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓇𝓊𝓁𝑒 to any government.

Simple logic then dictates that government can never get or have a 𝓇𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓇𝓊𝓁𝑒.

JP, MC will answer your questions because he can fuck with you and your words. The coward ghosts me every time I attempt to get him to engage in serious and meaningful discussion.

This is the last thing I posted that he ignored:

But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain – that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.
Lysander Spooner circa 1870

Fifth inquiry that you have failed to address:
Can you delegate any right that you, yourself, do not have?

Quote from: 31 1520
Powerless to prevent it. Thats called "democracy" As Thomas Jefferson said:
“Though written constitutions may be violated in moments of passion or delusion, yet they furnish a text to which those who are watchful may again rally and recall the people. They fix, too, for the people the principles of their political creed.”
Quote from: 1 0915
Thats called "democracy"

Democracy is three foxes and a chicken voting on what's for dinner;
Democracy is the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few;
Democracy is the demands of the many outweigh the needs of the few;
Democracy is the demands of the many outweigh the needs of the slaves;
Democracy is relativist morality;
Democracy violates Natural Law;
Democracy is IMMORAL;

Sixth inquiry that you have failed to address:
Can you delegate any right that you, yourself, do not have?

Law is a politician's opinion enforced by threat of death.
Quote from: 30 1932
punishment is hardly ever death.
Quote from: 1 0847
punishment is hardly ever death.

In view of other posts you have made, I doubt you could succinctly explain why. Prove my opinion wrong.

I still want to know Where coward Cantin imagines government of the U.S. got its "right to rule"?

Quote from: 24 1951
Thank you.
Can you delegate any right that you, yourself, do not have?
Quote from: 24 1952
You have no more right to force people to accept a stateless society than they have to force you to accept a statist one
Quote from: 24 1958
Dale Eastman A property may be too large to be effectively managed by one decision-making unit, so it would produce more output for the society at large if it were under several decision-making units.
Quote from: 24 2005
Dale Eastman A property may be too large to be effectively managed by one decision-making unit, so it would produce more output for the society at large if it were under several decision-making units.

Your non sequitur red herring is noted and ignored.

You have no more right to force people to accept a stateless society [...]

You have just implied that I would force people to accept a stateless society. Please present your supporting proof or withdraw the statement.

Please answer the question:
Can you delegate any right that you, yourself, do not have?
Quote
Dale Eastman The basis for a property right is not an individual attribute or merit but social expediency. The social question then is-what is to be gained or lost by defining a property right, and on what basis should the right be assigned, and shall it be transferable?
Quote from: 24 2019
That's a question being discussed by others and yourself.

That's not my question.

I strongly suspect you support slavery. My suspicions, my opinions of you, gleaned from multiple posts of yours over that last year or two, are not sufficient for me to conclude that you are the Statist I think you are. So I ask my own questions about you to get clarification from you.

Can you delegate any right that you, yourself, do not have?
Quote from: 24 2033
Dale Eastman In addition to Constitutional rights of citizens in general, there are special rights, such as the right of exclusive use of specific things (property rights) or rights arising from specific reciprocal commitments (contracts) and rights created by specific legislation (employment rights, housing rights, etc.)
Quote from: 25 0833
But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain – that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.
Lysander Spooner circa 1870

That's not exactly true.

➽ What's a "hooman"?

It's a dumb ass machine that posts its lack of understanding of liberty on Fecalbook, like I've seen you post more than once.

➽ Power without authority is tyranny.

Voltaire's Admonition paraphrased: If you wish to communicate, first define your terms.

You and I do NOT have a consensus on what, exactly, "authority" means.

So here's your statement adjusted to my outlook:
Power without [a right to rule] is tyranny.

Where do you imagine government of the U.S. got its "right to rule"?

Quote from: 23 1603
Dale Eastman Authority and power are two different things: power is the force by means of which you can oblige others to obey you. Authority is the right to direct and command, to be listened to or obeyed by others. Authority requests power. Power without authority is tyranny. Freedom is state of being capable of making decisions without an external control. Liberty is freedom which has been granted to a people by an external control.

Read that again. The differences are amazing
