Beyond that, I'm convinced you and I do not share the same concept of what "totalitarianism" is.

Thank you for answering my question: Can you delegate any right that you, yourself, do not have?

So if ALL the humans on the planet do not have a 𝓇𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓇𝓊𝓁𝑒, then NONE of them can delegate a 𝓇𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓇𝓊𝓁𝑒 to any government.

Simple logic then dictates that government can never get or have a 𝓇𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓇𝓊𝓁𝑒.
